The best (and I think only) flavored basque cheesecakes in all of central Texas. They were absolutely gorgeous and delectable, extremely well-priced, and clearly baked with love! María was wonderful to work with — super responsive, quick turnaround time, and even threw in a candle and happy birthday decal for me when I mentioned these were for my partner’s birthday. She’s working on new flavors and I already told her to let me know when they’re released because we can’t wait to order from her again!

Unbelievably delicious!! The chocolate is so rich and decadent; very mousse like in flavor. The surprise standout for me was the strawberry bliss. Absolutely delightful, refreshing, and perfect for spring/summer. Honestly they were all delicious and I had to order my brother a box of his own. He loved his too! Couldn’t recommend more!

I tried so many basque cheesecakes when I visited the Basque Country, and Maria’s cheesecake is seriously the best I ever had. I’m going to order many more times. Thank you Maria for making the most amazing cheesecake in the world!

I absolutely love everything about Torito Bakery! The ordering was simple and easy, the pickup was quick, and the cheesecakes are what cheesecake dreams are made of! My. God. So. Good. I placed an order for the multi pack for Father's Day, and I cant say enough good things. Pickup was super easy, and the cheesecakes were to die for. Not overly sweet, which is what we love, but so flavorful and creamy. Will 100% order again. Thank you so much!!
My husband and I left Spain chasing a dream: to build a new life in the U.S. and create something meaningful far from everything we knew. Texas became our home, full of possibility and new beginnings.
For a while, it felt like our dreams were aligning. We were starting a family, and hope filled our hearts.
But life had other plans. We suffered a miscarriage, and being thousands of miles from our families made the grief even heavier.
In the middle of that pain, I returned to the kitchen. I began baking Basque cheesecakes, a tradition from my homeland. With every cheesecake, I rediscovered my strength, passion, and purpose.
That is how Torito Bakery was born.
The bull is more than a symbol. In Spain, it represents strength, courage, nobility, and passion. For us, it carries a message: anyone can rise and move forward through sacrifice, courage, and love. It is our Spanish soul, proudly planted in Texas.
Every cheesecake I bake is an act of love, proof that from our deepest struggles, something beautiful can emerge.
